Management statement and financial memorandum
(formerly the Our Management statement and financial memorandum (MSFM) sets out the broad framework within which we operate as an executive, non departmental, public body.
Although we carry out work at arms-length, the Commission is ultimately accountable to the Minister for Communities. The document was drawn up by the Department of Social (now the Department for Communities) and sets out this relationship with respect to:
- our overall aims, objectives and targets
- the rules and guidelines governing our functions, duties and powers
- the conditions of our funding
- how we are to be held to account.
