Consents for charitable companies: consents form

Section 1

Introduction and contact details

Under the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008, charitable companies are required to request consent from the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland for certain actions and alterations. This form provides the means for your company to request consent.

Please note the following:

If you wish to obtain consent from us to make a regulated alteration to the articles of your company, please fill in sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 of the form. 

If you wish to enter into a transaction with one or more of the company directors, please fill in all sections of the form. Our approval must be obtained for transactions with directors of all companies (including wholly owned subsidiaries).
