Survey on register of charities
The Commission is undertaking research into how the register of charities is being used.
To support this work, we would appreciate if you would take a minute to complete a short, online survey (four questions), which is available by clicking here.
The register records details of organisations that have been recognised as charitable in law under the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It includes a range of key facts and figures about each charity and displays details of those responsible for taking forward the charity's work (the charity trustees).
You can search the register using a charity's NIC (Northern Ireland charity) number or you can search for charities by name, objects, activities or area of operation.
For more information on charity registration, including how you can prepare for registration and what you need to do to ensure the Commission has your details to be called forward please visit the Register your charity section of our website.
