Independent Review of Charity Regulation

A new report has been published showing the progress made on the recommendations from the Independent Review of Charity Regulation in Northern Ireland.

This review was commissioned by the Minister for Communities in January 2021, to examine the legal and regulatory framework of charity regulation and the work of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, following a High Court Judgement in 2019.
