Charitable purposes

3.1. The Charity is established in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland from time to time to do anything which is a charitable purpose in Northern Ireland and elsewhere whether directly or indirectly including but not limited to: 3.1.1. the prevention or relief of poverty; 3.1.2. to support those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage; 3.1.3. the advancement of health or the saving of lives; and 3.1.4. such other charitable purposes as the Trustees see fit from time to time. Nothing in this Declaration of Trust shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with s.2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
