Fundraising is usually done on our behalf by local people who run events, usually after their child is diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, for example non uniform days. We use these donations to cover the cost of organised events throughout the year, examples of this would include summer bbq, panto shows around christmas, outdoor pursuits. We aim to
bring young people with the same condition together so they can build friendships and learn from each other.
