This facility can be used for groups or individuals to rent to provide activities for people in the locality. The organisation leases an area of land and has developed a community garden free to use for the general public, which includes garden plots and

a poly-tunnel, promoting general physical and mental health through the means of gardening. The organisation have developed through funding from the local Council 3 public seating areas for the general public to enjoy. The organisation provide classes promoting physical and mental well being for both young and old, throughout the calendar year. The organisation lobby on behalf of their residents in the community to theappropriate authorities about matters concerning them.

The charity’s objects (‘Objects’) are specifically restricted to the following: The objects of the Company are to carry on activities which benefit the community in Northern Ireland and in particular (without limitation): To provide facilities in Donagh which are made available for use by the local community and surrounding areas in the interest of social welfare and improving educational outcomes and personal development. To contribute to the community life of the Donagh area through the development of sustainable projects and uses for buildings, structures or spaces. To advance the education and vocational skills of local people. To promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined. For the avoidance of doubt, the system of law governing the articles of association of the charity is the law of Northern Ireland.
