Public benefits
What are the direct benefits flowing from your organisation's purposes? Holistic Mums provides direct benefit to new and expectant mums in the Colin area and beyond by improving their mental and physical wellbeing during the early years of their babies’ lives through provision of evidence-based approaches. How can the benefits identified above be
demonstrated? We do this by empowering new and expectant mothers to learn about and embrace a holistic lifestyle through advice, education and signposting to other relevant services; by reducing social isolation through provision of a peer support network and by Organising or assisting in organising classes, programmes, projects and activities of interest to local mothers and mothers to be. Is there any harm arising from any of the purposes? No. Who are the charity's beneficiaries?
