Our PTFA is made up of a group of parents and staff. We aim to include all parents and staff associated with St Mary's Primary School. The organisation fundraises through local events, such as our local tractor run, Halloween walk and table quizzes, and uses this finance to fund new equipment within the school such as laptops, books; school trips
by funding buses and purchase of play equipment within the school. The association also applies for grants to in order to contribute to the upgrade of the school premises in advance education of the pupils. We have committee meeting every 2 months inviting parents and staff to come along and get involved. We issue newsletters after the meeting to all parents and staff to keep everyone updated on agreed activities. We work closely to local business and welcome their support and participation at our events. The PTFA agree projects with the school principal and ensure the maximum benefit to all pupils.
