[What are the direct benefits flowing from your organisation's purposes?] To offer support to children, young people (0-18) and adults with disabilities, inclusive of their families by
means of practical, group, individual and online help/support. To organise events which will enable carers/ those with disabilities to avail of appropriate services To organise events to support groups within the local area and surround areas To provide transition support for families at all transition stages. To enable families to access support and services suitable to their individual needs. To provide information to families, carers, service users, schools and groups in relation to training and support available. [How can the benefits identified above be demonstrated?] We have successfully ran 3 information evenings which has allowed parents, carers and other health care professional to find out valuable information.
