Integration of ethnic minorities into Northern Irish communities. Skills and learning pathway for dentally qualified ethnic minorities as well as those who are new to Northern Ireland and those who have refugee status to gain access to the information and support to help them proceed with registering to work as a dental care professional in the UK.
Support of refugee and asylum seekers as a pathway facilitator in order to help during dental emergencies so that the appropriate care for the individual can be obtained and thus reducing the health inequality currently experienced by refugee/asylum seekers in Northern Ireland. Improved mental health experienced by those now able to find work in the career they have previously devoted their studies to. We have already provided access help to the British Red Cross in enabling refugee/asylum seekers to gain access to dental care provision in Northern Ireland. WE have provided work experience for settled refugees in order to teach about how the healthcare system works here and pitfalls to be aware of so that they are more fully equip to proceed with job interviews and not be taken advantage of. We have fundraised with several other private businesses to support the Belfast Friendship Club which has provided monetary support but also educated 15 employed staff across 3 private businesses about the health inequalities experienced by refugee/asylum seekers and the barriers they face to accessing care as well. no. Refugee/asylum seekers and all peoples of Belfast through work to provide more positive integration of communities. Those from refugee/asylum seeker communities who experience mental health issues or physical health issues through the lack of ability to access care. Other local charities working to support refugee/asylum seekers, through financial support or skill sharing to enable the organisations more fully enact and support their aims, which are aligned with those in our constitution, as detailed in charity constitution. No private benefit.

Paste Cares is a non- incorporated organisation working to promote mental health awareness and wellbeing, cultural respect and partnerships between private businesses and local existing charitable and community organisation, to help further ands progress the aims of existing charitable organisations in Northern Ireland. Paste cares will help
connect businesses to existing charities which they can partner with and help and will fund raise for local charities working with aligned values as set our in the organisation's purposes, either through financial support, skills sharing or connecting with our partners who can help further that own charity's aims. We are an organisation working in Belfast City centre, with a healthcare focus, wishing to support in a tangible way other charitable projects serving the Belfast area.
