Public benefits

The direct benefits flowing from the objectives, are that service users will have an improved quality of life; relief of poverty (indirectly through clearing problems away, to focus on the person centred solutions); advances in education (the service user will learn how the brain works in the sense of emotions and coping mechanisms); and preserving

and safeguarding health and wellbeing (mentally and physically, for example, giving up cigarettes, sugar, alcohol, drugs; or taking on exercise or a positive outlook to life). In addition underprivileged individuals will benefit from our promotion of facilities, in that they will have the knowledge and awareness, that these facilities of therapy are available networks of communication and support will be established, for other organisations and partnerships, which in turn will benefit our beneficiaries. Beneficiaries will have the use of the equipment and premises for therapy use, which will be provided and maintained. Individuals and organisations will benefit from any knowledge or information gathered from the research, meetings, surveys, lectures, investigations, periodicals, recordings, and books or other documents published by “Hypnolifework”. These benefits will be demonstrated from the feedback of beneficiaries; evaluations; increased attendance rates; and “CORP” results (Aa research package used by hypnotherapists, which measures positive thoughts, positive actions, and positive interactions.) as well as feedback from other organisations and networks. The benefits far outweigh any harm arising from the purposes. Statistics from 65 sources, compiled by Sai Blackbyrn , published on the 11 of January 2023 ‘103 Key Hypnotherapy statistics for 2022’, shows support for Hypnotherapy, to be the most effective, cost effective and brief therapy available. Hypnotherapy will not re- traumatise, as it is solution focused and person centred. The problem is not spoken about in the therapy: We ask, “What’s been good?” and work from scripts. We have constraints in place; for example, we must acquire information about the general health of the individual, and if they are within a ‘florid’ state, from suffering from schizophrenia, psychosis or paranoia, then we would need to work alongside another medical health professional or Doctor (It has been found, that individuals from this group can regress and have emotional/psychological harm from this type of therapy, if not stabilised with medication.). We are affiliated with the NCH (National Counsel for Hypnotherapy) and AfSFH (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy) to safeguard our service users, and we have regular supervision to protect against any harm. We are also insured with a reputable insurer. The beneficiaries are any individuals within the “area of benefit”, who are underprivileged, and needing support from hypnotherapy/extending to other complimentary therapies, to improve their quality of life; whether this be in the form of giving up cigarettes; addictions; or supporting those effected by bereavement; suicidal ideation; self-harm, depression; or anxiety; or controlling their life direction. Furthermore, helping and supporting those with mental and physical health needs or special needs. Private benefits- may benefit from receiving payment for providing professional services, which are necessary in order to carry out the purposes. Only a minority of trustees can benefit in this way, and they will not be involved in decisions in relation to this benefit e.g. payments, terms and conditions

What your organisation does

Hypnolifework carries out its purposes for the whole community. We help the most vulnerable people in our schools, women’s groups, prisons, suicide awareness groups, etc. We are helping people in the community by teaching them how the brain works by giving them a breakdown on the neurological benefits and the neuroscience research, which explains

why they suffer the way they do and what we can do about it; how we can help them cope better with their day to day activities by using solution focus and hypnotherapy techniques.
