The direct benefits include reducing social isolation for those most vulnerable within the area, improved health and wellbeing, and enhancing the local environment. Futhermore the direct benefits from this purpose include promotion of programmes, events and services available for local people as information will be accessible through our social
media and newsheets. The benefits can be demonstrated by the delivery and participation of the programmes and events within the community. Additionally, by providing a safe space where local residents are welcomed and listened to. We utilise the local community premises which enables us to encouragwe local people to engage in the programmes that we facilitate. We also provide volunteers with opportunities to engage with the community and learn new skills. Additionally the youth activities provided by Mosside Community Association Residents Association will also help to reduce anti -social behaviour in the area. Moreover the provision of youth programmes that we deliver offers young people a positive focus providing opportunities for the young people to develop their skills . We also complete evaluation forms for all of the programmes that we deliver and keep records of all programmes. There is no Harm arising from the purposes The beneficiaries are residents of all ages who live in the Mosside and surrounding area Our volunteers can avail of training available which will enable them to organise, plan and deliver programmes within our community. The benefits would be that thevolunteers will receive certificates which may help them in their own personal development. This is an incidental benefit.

Tell us how the organisation carries out its purpose? Mosside Community Association is a community group that aims to provide the residents of the Mosside and surrounding area with activities, services and information to improve their quality of life. The services provided include: social programmes for older people in the area. A range of
Children and Young people's projects. Additionally, the group provide environmental programs aimed at the most vulnerable in the area. Other examples of the activities facilitated include, Community Clean ups, delivery of training courses, organising community events, craft classes, health events, programs for the unemployed etc. Mosside Community Association also engage with a range of partners to deliver the most affective services within the community with community consultations undertaken to identify need.
