The direct benefits which flow from purpose social programmes include providing opportunities for young people to socially engage with their peers reducing social isolation and developing key friendships in their youth. The direct benefits which flow from purpose educational programming include the delivery of informal education opportunities to
enhance employability outcomes and enhancing key personal skills for life. The direct benefits which flow from purpose recreational programming include the delivery of health and well being opportunities for young people to promote positive physical and mental health outcomes. The direct benefits which flow from purpose facilities for young people of Lagmore and wider local communities include offering safe spaces for young people and parents to access professional youth work provision for advice, guidance and support. Each year these purposes in Lagmore Youth Project are demonstrated and evidenced through the delivery of a number of key documents and key reports. The project will deliver an annual report demonstrating the key outcomes of the project. These are evidenced through the recording of participant number, satisfaction surveys, baseline surveys and key stakeholders annual events to gage impact. This is further evidenced through the independent reviews carried out quarterly by the Education Authority in the form of indepth moderation vists. There is no harm arising from any purposes as outlined by the charity The charity’s beneficiaries are young people aged between the age of 8 to 24 years of age from the Lagmore area and surrounding area in Colin and Lisburn. Lagmore Youth Project delivers informal education through the delivery of youth work provision for young people 8-24 across the Lagmore and surrounding areas of Colin. This work includes the delivery of school based provision, after schools, in centre youth work programming, sports and recreation provision and outreach work on the streets across
the area. Through the delivery the project meets the needs of key stakeholders being, young people, parents and community through assessed needs as identified by the stakeholders.
