Public benefits
The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include the improvement of well- being and quality of life of the residents in the area by enabling them to fully participate in society by preventing people from being socially excluded. This is done by relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate in
to society. These benefits are evidenced through feedback from beneficiaries and groups who run the activities. There is no identifiable harm to any person through the pursuit of the above organisational purpose. The beneficiaries of this purpose are the residents of the Lecky Road and its surrounding areas. The private benefit is that gained by a Trustee who may avail of the services offered in the Community Centre. This benefit is incidental as Trustees are members of the community. Trustees may also gain skills and experience and an increased sense of well-being through their role as Trustees of Youth First Club Ltd, however this benefit is incidental and necessary to ensure benefit is provided to beneficiaries.
