Charitable purposes

3.1. The Trustees shall hold the capital and income of the Fund upon Trust to apply the income, and all such part or parts of the capital, at such time or times and in such manner to, or for the benefit of such exclusively charitable objects and purposes in Northern Ireland and elsewhere as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit, and in particular, but not exclusively for: 3.1.1. the education, recreation and extra-curricular activities of pupils and students attending St Joseph’s; and 3.1.2. the advancement of citizenship or community development, notwithstanding that this may lead to a total exhaustion of the Fund. 3.2. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 3.1 the Trustees may accumulate any part of the income of the Fund.
