Public benefits
The Charity's Public Benefits are in line with the Charity’s Objects and Purposes and operate exclusively via charitable means, to advance the health and well-being of women and pregnant people in Northern Ireland who are seeking access to abortion healthcare. The benefits flowing from our purpose are: Through the provision of appropriate and
properly researched educational material, information and support, individuals can make an informed decision regarding their pregnancy and be signposted to appropriate services where necessary. By working with other local and international organisations to raise awareness of the need for pregnant women and people to have access to appropriate services and support, we contribute to educating organisations and the general public, thus creating a more compassionate society and help remove the stigma attached to women and pregnant people seeking help with their reproductive health-care. The benefits can be identified through numbers of individuals and organisations contacting our charity for educational material, support and signposting; numbers attending our courses/training or other organised events; internal evaluations and feedback from beneficiaries. No harm flows from our purpose. No private benefit flows from our purpose. The beneficiaries are individuals, organisations and the general public who need/want access to current, relevant and accurate information regarding pregnancy and reproductive health-care.

We will produce and distribute educational material and arrange for events, courses and training for individuals and organisations who wish to further their knowledge and understanding of abortion and reproductive rights. We aim to develop good working relationships with local and international organisations who operate with similar aims to ensure
women and pregnant people have access to appropriate abortion and reproductive healthcare services. We will produce, commission and publish research papers regarding access to abortion and reproductive health care services.
