The direct benefit flowing from organisation purpose (a) and (b) is the provision for artists, of all disciplinaries including painters, printmakers, musicians, craftspeople, writers, graphic designers and sculptors to create artwork, develop their creative profession so that they may become self sustaining. Purpose (b) benefits are included but
not limited for studio holders/ members are; employment opportunities, skill development, increase in artist practice. The benefits that flow from purpose (c) are the opportunity for community and public engagement in the art sector. This enables the public to cultivate an interest n the arts therefore enriching their life in through participation in the arts. How can the benefits identified above be demonstrated? The benefits of purpose (a) and (b) and (c)will be demonstrated by reviewing artist career development to ensure artists are being supported. Events and exhibition records are kept and archived. This can also be done by collecting feedback on social media and from public engagement events. There is no harm arising from any of the organisations purposes. The charity beneficiaries of purposes (a) and (b) are the artists at the early stage of their career. The organisation does not discriminate against any person because of their, race gender sexual orientation, martial status, religion, age, nationality, disability, in the allocation of studio spaces or exhibition opportunities. The public who attend our free events are also the beneficiaries of purposes (a) (b) and (c) whom we invite into the space to experience the arts. The private benefit flowing from purpose (a) is that a Trustee may avail of a studio space this is impetrative as studio members must be represented as Trustees. Trustees are assigned studio spaces the same as any other beneficiary. A Trustee is also able to host their own exhibition and public event however they are subjected to the same application process as other beneficiaries.

Purpose (a) and (b) and (c) is carried out by providing affordable studio, facilities, offices, located in Belfast City centre. Providing support to emerging artist to have the facilities to develop their practice and advancement of their creative careers, development of their creative and professional practice, participation in art events,
seminars, artist talk, exhibitions, and open studio engagement events. To purpose (c), is realised through the organisation exhibition programme and other art events. Through the exhibition programme, members of the public are free to engage in the arts and with the artists. The exhibition programme advances the publics knowledge and raises interest into the art sector of Northern Ireland. The facilities are also made available for use by local community and organisation groups.
