The benefits to the public flow directly from Foxys purpose of providing relief of distress and suffering to vulnerable, stray, unwanted and/or neglected animals who require protection and care. It provides a rescue by adopting and providing a secure home for life whilst also encouraging better animal welfare throughout Northern Ireland. This is
carried out through leading by example and providing education on good animal care to anyone who may approach them willing to learn, without judgement or condemnation. There is no harm caused by any of the purposes laid out in Foxys constitution or organisation The main beneficiaries of Foxys are both the citizens of Northern Ireland and the animals who reside within it. There is no private benefit flowing from any of Foxys purposes neither incidental or necessary.

Foxys provides a safe haven for unwanted animals in need regardless of who or where they come from. It provides a permanent home for life. Its founder provides education to anyone who approaches with a willingness to learn and actively campaigns on the betterment of welfare for the animals of Northern Ireland.
