opportunities for residents to engage and play a full part in the life of their community. More entry level and progression opportunities for residents to educational vocational courses. These benefits can be demonstrated by the increase in community participation of residents which will be evidenced by attendance records, user feed back forms, facilitators reports, organisational monitoring reports and social and mainstream media output. Benefits will be seen through investment in physical infrastructure projects, more local facilities, increased use of local facilities and outdoor spaces. Benefits of increased volunteering will be a more active and participatory community, improved social cohesion, individual benefits will include improved skills and knowledge, better health and well being. Benefits for individuals participating in educational and vocational courses improved skills and knowledge, removing barriers to employment and further education, improved social interaction and community participation. There will be no harm caused to any individual or group from our work. The beneficiaries are first and foremost the 17300 residents of the Triax area. The benefits of our work will not be felt by all the beneficiaries at the same time. Beneficiaries will be impacted by different aspects of our work depending on their interests or participation. There will be no private benefit to any individual director or organisation flowing from our work.

TRIAX Ltd provides strategic direction and administration support to TRIAX Neighbourhood Partnership Board comprising public and c/v sectors to work with a range of government departments to deliver community regeneration initiatives in particular the Department for Communities (DfC) on the delivery of the Neighbourhood Renewal Strategy. Triax is
located in Derry, Moor Ward, which includes Bogside/Brandywell, Creggan and Fountain areas, population of approx. 17300. Triax NRA comprises some of the most deprived wards and enumeration districts as defined in the Multiple Deprivation Measures published by the NISRA. Our vision “we will transform our area into a safe place which people will choose to live, invest and visit; where all will feel welcome in an inclusive community at peace with itself & others. We want to create a living environment that will afford opportunity residents to achieve their full potential throughout life. We will nurture healthy active individuals, confident in themselves and their community who will act together to enrich both their own neighbourhoods and life in the city”. Our Mission is "to put an end to inequalities in our most deprived neighbourhoods". We set out to achieve our Vision by; Engaging local residents, neighbourhoods and community groups in improving local services and physical infrastructure including open and green spaces Increasing volunteering amongst all ages and encourage active citizenship Support existing and develop new sustainable community, voluntary groups and social enterprises in the area Provide effective consultation, representation, collaboration and partnership working between residents, community groups and service providers Provide local, accessible and appropriate education and vocational training opportunities
