The Diocese supports the parishes in ensuring good governance and providing training in safeguarding and other areas. it also provides training and support in children's youth and parish ministry. A major aspect of the Diocese is to assist clergy in identifying personnel that have a calling to ministry and then to support them through their
training. The Diocese also assists the parishes to ensure the maintenance and provision of church buildings and graveyards.
