The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include raising awareness of age appropriate play based learning among parents and carers and the provision of early years education for children under statutory school age in this area. These benefits are demonstrated through feedback from parents. Early Years Advisor and regular evaluation of the

service by Social Services and the Education and Training Inspectorate. This purpose does not give rise to any harm. The beneficiaries of the purpose are children under statutory school age living in Bready and its surrounding area. A private benefit flowing from this purpose it that gained by a trustee from our programme of ongoing training in good governance, finance etc which is transferable to other settings. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries.

Charitable purposes

The group is established to promote play based learning environments for all children under statutory school age, of Bready and it's surrounding areas in County Tyrone without distinction of age, gender, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and in particular: a) to advance the education of the beneficiaries by the provision of safe and satisfying group play, with the right of parents/carers to take responsibility for and to become involved in the activities of the group; and to promote the preservation of health of the beneficiaries; and b) to support the values and principles of Early Years
