•Decrease in crime and anti-community behaviours across Derry City & Strabane District Council (DCSDC) area •Intervention and direct referral/support to families and people affected by drug and alcohol misuse/abuse Direct work with probation clients will enable them to access training and employment skills. Restorative practices will be used also
where there is a victim involved •Ensure community safety issues remain a priority through partnership work with all statutory agencies and community groups •Mediation will be used where community tensions/neighbour disputes etc. are identified •Supporting referrals from the Public Prosecution Service •Reducing the occurrence and fear of anti-social behaviour, vandalism and crime jointly with Community Safety Partnerships •CRJ Ltd will contribute to achieving safer and healthier neighbourhoods •To prepare regular monitoring and statistical reports for funders By way of the regular monitoring reports prepared in terms of the administration of the Company as well as the submission of such reports to various Government Departments and their Agencies. The purposes are intended to prevent and avoid harm to individuals and improve the well-being, safety and health of communities, including relationships between various sections. Outcomes inevitably resulting in improved community development and resident participation in community caring/responsibility activities. Mainly Residents of Communities, Community Organisations , Government Departments and their Agencies, Councils None of the employees or volunteers or any of the Company's collaborative associates will receive a "private benefit" Any benefits derived will be in the interest of those stated in the foregoing sections.
