A financial contribution to a local charity and information provided by that charity about what the money is spent on. This purpose does not lead to harm. The charity’s beneficiaries are the people of Ballymena and the surrounding Mid and East Antrim Borough Council area. There is some private benefit to suppliers who supply the critical equipment and consumable products that are required to achieve the purpose, for example, suppliers of set, costume and microphones.
