Public benefits
The direct benefits include the relief of poverty, which will reduce the level of hunger, homelessness and avoidable ill health/disease experienced by the beneficiaries in Kenya and Uganda and any areas Goshen works with in the future. Further benefits include the spreading of the Christian Religion which will promote an improved moral & spiritual
framework for beneficiaries. The benefits are evidenced as Schools and dormitories are being created with help of Goshen funding and placement of children in families with financial support provided by Goshen Ministries to those families until they become self-sufficient. Provision of food to homeless people, including children and funding to programmes that provide this throughout the year. Goshen Ministries are in constant contact with the schools/ dormitories/ food banks and foster homes we finance. Our Management Committee visit these projects at least once every year to offer encouragement and monitor how donations practically benefit those in need. There is no harm arising from the purposes. Our beneficiaries are children, women and vulnerable people at home and abroad. There is no private benefit flowing from our purposes.
