A group of individuals from the whole community come together to work as a team, developing the skills to be part of a musical show of a high standard. All individuals develop their individual skills. Coming from different sections on the community, the performers bind together as a cast to achieve a high standard of performance.Putting on shows in
our local Council theatre, we open the opportunity for those in our local community to come and see shows of a high standard. The identification of the benefits being achieved can be split several ways. a) The feelings of elation achieved from the performers of successful shows b) The feedback from parents and partners regarding the positive effects the performance has had on the performers c) The comments / feedback from the audience d) The review given by the representative of the National Operatic and Dramatic Association No The beneficiaries are; a) Those who are involved in the creation and performance of the shows b) Those who come and enjoy great shows There is no Private benefit flowing from our purposes

ELO aims to hold at least one annual musical show, performed in our local theatre The Ardhowen, Enniskillen. Publicly advertised auditions are held between the months of June and September. Practices involving drama, music and choreography are held between then and the show, which may consist of up to 10 performances. All performers learn within
the disciplines above and benefit from working as a group, providing entertainment to an audience and receiving positive applause.
