Charitable purposes
7. All moneys received by the Committee under or for the purposes of this Scheme, subject to the other provisions herein contained, and to any special trust or conditions upon which any part thereof may be received, shall be expended and applied by the Committee for the following purposes, or for such one or more of them as to the Committee shall from time to time seem expedients:-
(a) The provision of such religious instruction as the Committee think fit for children attending any Sunday School carried on in connection with the Parish Church of Ballymore of the Parish Church of Mullabrack both in the County of Armagh or carried on in connection with both the said Parishes jointly or for children attending any Public Elementary School in either of the said Parishes including payment or contribution to the payment of any teacher employed in any such Public Elementary School or other person for giving such religious instruction.
(b) The making provision for the lighting heating and cleaning of any room or rooms in which any such religious instruction may be given and the provision of any necessary furniture or fittings for such room or rooms and of any books or apparatus necessary for such instruction.
(c) The provision for prizes in such religious instruction for children attending any such public elementary school or Sunday school.”
