Public benefits

The direct benefits which flow from Purpose 1will be better connections with teachers, support staff, parents and local community which will result in a more immediate and effective response to the needs of the children and the school as a whole. The direct benefits which flow from Purpose 2 will be increased educational progress and achievements

of pupils and improvement of the school environment. The benefits of Purpose 1 are demonstrated by an active committee that engages parental and local community support and works closely in partnership with the school. The benefits of Purpose 2 are demonstrated by pupils having access to resources, activities and events which aid the delivery of curricular and extra-curricular activities which would not be available through direct school funding. Both of these purposes do not lead to harm. The charity’s beneficiaries are pupils of Holy Family Primary School. Some of the trustee's children attend Holy Family Primary School as a result of this the private benefit is incidental. This is necessary to aid all beneficiaries of the charity.
