Public benefits
The club enhances the physical and mental wellbeing of players of all ages and abilities in the Ards & North Down council area through sport and physical activity. It also enhances social interaction between members through playing and enjoying the sport, the communication and the fun element. An added benefit is that 3 families also play on a
regular basis, with all age groups interacting and playing, regardless of ability. Through verbal endorsements from players, who return to the club week after week, stating how much they love playing and how the sport has improved their fitness, both physical and emotional. This is borne out in the rapid rise in members since starting the club in Nov 18, from 5 individuals, to now 40+. The number of sessions per week has also grown from 2 per week to 4 or 5 per week in the space of only a few months. Social interaction has grown as the club has organised increasing numbers of social events outside of club playing time. We also meet after play for chat and social interaction. No Children and adults ranging from 10 years old to 75 as our oldest member. No
