The direct benefits which flow from our Purpose: • personal growth in the Christian Faith of those who attend Stonepark Baptist Church. • the bereaved, the sick and the elderly members and adherents of Stonepark Baptist Church receive encouragement through visitation and prayer. • provision of religious education for children and young people. •

financial support for Missions and missionaries locally and in other parts of the world. These benefits are demonstrated through: • feedback from attendees at the various church services. • interest in missions shown by attendance and financial support given. • the ongoing regular attendance of church members and adherents at worship services. The Trustees are satisfied that carrying out the purpose of our charity will not cause harm to any individual attending the Church, or to any other member of the wider community. The charity’s beneficiaries are Church Members and adherents, and anyone who chooses to attend the church services which are open to members of the general public. Any private benefit flowing from the purposes of Stonepark Baptist Church is necessary and incidental. One Trustee, the Pastor, is a full-time employee of Stonepark Baptist Church. His salary and any incurred expenses are incidental and necessary to enable Stonepark Baptist Church to provide the pastoral support required to fulfil our stated Purpose.

Charitable purposes

Acknowledging the headship of Christ over his church, the members of the church unite for the worship of Almighty God in the ministry of his Word, prayer, the administration of the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper, fellowship, evangelism, and the exercise of discipline after the pattern of the New Testament. The principal charitable objective of the Church is the advancement of the reformed evangelical Christian faith in accordance with the teachings of scripture and as expressed in the Doctrinal Statement and historic Baptist principles.
