Public benefits
The benefit that flows from object 2.1 is that children and young adult have an increased knowledge of what abuse is and the different types of abuse that they could be exposed to, which empower them to say ‘No’ to abuse or them abusing other fellow like them; thereby reduce the number of mental health issues recorded by health professionals. This
benefit will be demonstrated by getting feedback from young children and their families of the knowledge they have gathered and how well informed they are; and through an interval statistic from independent evaluation of services. The benefit that flows from object 2.2 is to enlarge the appreciation of cultural arts among children and young people; given them opportunities to advance, appreciate and be creative in what they have got to make themselves, their families and the country proud. Object 2.1 This benefit will be demonstrated by getting feedback from young children and their families of the knowledge they have gathered and how well informed they are; and through an interval statistic from independent evaluation of services. Object 2.2 The benefit will be demonstrated feedback from the beneficiaries and their families of how they have been able to have the feelings of fulfillment and lead a prosperous career out of their arts. This preparing them for a bigger stage of performance in near future. We don’t see any harm arising from educating children and their families and giving them support needed in Northern Ireland. But for African countries, our volunteers might be exposed to infections which we deem right that they are well vaccine against infections of any sort. This is very rare but at least we take precautions and the benefits outweighed the risk. Also, safeguarding is paramount in which staff and supporters are trained on safeguarding policy. Object 2.2 In advancing the arts and culture, the benefits supersede the risks involved. Because it involves working with children, safeguarding issues is what we see in which all volunteers and staff are trained on child safeguarding and protection, keeping children safe training. As in the case of Africa beneficiaries where we require to travel volunteers and supporter, they are vaccine against infectious diseases. This is very rare but at least we take precautions and the benefits outweighed the risk. The benefits of this purpose are provided to children, young people and victims of abuse with their families in the general public and larger society. Object 2.2 The benefits of this purpose are provided to children and young people with their families in our community and the larger society. The incidental benefit in this purpose is that volunteer and members are sent for trainings to acquire knowledge so that they can support in educating our beneficiaries, especially with the Africa beneficiaries, staff are trained to support and help. we believe this training also contribute to the verse knowledge they acquired which are beneficiary to their personal development. Object 2.2 The incidental benefits in this purpose is that the children and young adult are expose to more verse audience which could earn them higher profile to better their lives and therefore be able to contribute positively to the community. We will invite popular known musician for a cheaper deal to appear at the charity shows as against the commercial deal. Volunteer and members who likewise possesses arts could support us with their arts for huge discount (or free in some cases). This is likewise applicable to the Africa beneficiaries.
