The direct benefit that flows from our purposes are the provision of education and protection of health among older people aged 50 or over. The benefits will be demonstrated through attendance numbers at aerobics , swimming, and spinning classes. No harm arises from any of our purposes. The beneficiaries are older people aged 50 and over No

private benefit flows from any purposes - any benefits from Training, etc is incidental.

Charitable purposes

The advancement of education and protection of health among older people aged 50 or over and to relieve poverty in Omagh and its environs. Provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for older people. Raise awareness among the general public of the needs and experiences of older people in the area of benefit.
