The direct benefits that flow from our purposes are: • provision of religious spaces for Islamic services; • display of Islamic artefacts and talks provided by Imams on Islamic culture and heritage allow Muslims to deepen their faith and non-Muslims to learn about Muslim culture; • enjoyment of cultural and historic Islamic artefacts and an overall
improved appreciation of Islamic heritage; • contribution to the spiritual and moral development of young people of Islamic faith; • increased education and understanding through provision of classes, seminars, conferences and lectures; • improved mental health and wellbeing by providing social spaces for people to interact and pray through provision of recreational facilities; • inspiring civic values amongst the Muslim community and inspiring them to engage in voluntary and community activity; • introduction of the Islamic culture to Northern Ireland for the benefit and enjoyment of Muslims living in Northern Ireland and the general public; • promotion of the Islamic culture thus educating the wider public and ultimately leading to a better understanding of different cultures and community cohesion, and relieve the feelings of isolation, anxiety and deprivation that may be experienced when moving to a new country; • improved relations between people of different religions and races The benefits will be evidenced through: • learning experience of participants. They will have knowledge of Islamic faith and teachings after attending educational events. • a well used social space. Events will be scheduled and the numbers attending will be monitored. The room bookings will show how well the social space is used. Users will be asked about the impact on their wellbeing of using the space. • enlightening non-Muslims about Islam. They will be asked what they think of Islam before and after attending workshops and lectures. • more Muslims undertaking community and voluntary work There is no harm that flows from any of the charitable purposes as participation is voluntary. The charity’s beneficiaries are Muslims living in Northern Ireland and the general public. There may be some private incidental benefit in the provision of accommodation and subsistence for Imams and other visiting speakers.

By organising a Brothers' Forum where the men can learn more about their Islamic duties to their spouses and the community in general and at the same time understand their rights and privileges from their spouse and their community. 4.By organising an annual Ramadan public event where the Muslims in Northern Ireland and the general public can learn more about significance of fasting 5. By organising a Training Programme when the Muslims in Northern Ireland and the general public can acquire different artistic skills 6. By organising different annual Islamic cultural festivals together with the Muslim families in Northern Ireland and the general public.
