health stress improving health outcomes,reduction in poverty and reduced levels of stress and anxiety. purpose(b)The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include community capacity building leading to a better and more inclusive understanding of the issues faced by the beneficiaries, thus reducing social exclusion,stress and anxiety leading to a more positive interaction within the community. Purpose(c) The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include increased levels of knowledge and skills resulting in improved confidence and self worth leading to improved health outcomes and reduced levels of stress and anxiety. Purpose(d)The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include the breaking down of isolation and relieving the needs of those who are socially excluded,enhancing Independence and confidence leading to a reduction in stress and anxiety and increased protection and preservation of emotional mental health and well being. Purpose (a)The benefits will be evidenced through feedback from the beneficiaries and through monitoring the increase in membership Purpose(b) The benefits will be evidenced through feedback from the beneficiaries and through monitoring community engagement with planned activities within the group. Purpose(c)The benefits will be evidenced through feedback from the beneficiaries and through monitoring attendance at training /workshops. The purposes do not give rise to any harm The beneficiaries are former and current serving security force personnel and their families,ancillary support staff, and members of the community affected by the Troubles while living in Co.Armagh There is no private benefit from any of these purposes.

Out of the Shadows(NI) LTD operates within the Co. Armagh area of Northern Ireland to provide current and former security force personnel,ancillary support staff and members of the community with support and advice in areas of welfare advice, health and well being,advocacy, signposting to outside agencies in areas such as mental health,social
interaction and skill building opportunities. We operate a drop in facility 4 days a week to provide advice and sign posting as well as providing a social setting for beneficiaries to just call in and have a chat or meet up with friends.We provide an outreach service for those for most vulnerable beneficiaries who cannot avail of the drop in facility due to mobility issues,illness, mental health issues etc. We provide provision for social inclusion and interaction through social activities and skill building to promote engagement and reduce social isolation in increasing connections and the opportunities to meet others.
