Spreading the Word of God. Provides a facility for cultural, educational, recreational and religious acitivity which enhances social interaction and cohesion within the community. Provides facility for exercise and indoor sport which enhances the physical and mental wellbeing and health of the community. The benefits can be demonstrated through

the recorded usage of the hall by groups/beneficiaries such as Larne Sea Cadets, Athletics Club, Camera Club, weekly park run (changing facilities) and religious meetings. These groups are the benfiicaries benefiting from the organisation's puporsein managing the hall for and on behalf of Cairncastle Presbyterian Church and St. Patrick's Church of ireland Cairncastle. The benfiticiaries are the men, women and children within the community. There is no private benefit. Those who use the hall so so for and under the purposes of the organisation and for the benefit of the community.
