Public benefits
The direct benefits flowing from organisation's purposes are 1) the increased artistic ability and understanding of our youth 2)the increased understanding of other cultures amongst our young people 3) the increased well being and self esteem of the youth who participate in our programs and 4) the increased well being felt by the community as a
whole due to the aesthetic improvement of their environment Benefit 1 can be demonstrated through the artistic work undertaken by the youth which is displayed for their peers and the community and by the feedback received from those who come to view the work. Benefit 2 can be demonstrated by the fact that those who participate in our programs come to understand and appreciate the culture of the other side and this can be seen through friendships developed and the feedback we receive from those same participants. Benefit 3 can be demonstrated by the feedback we receive from parents, carers and participants who constantly refer to the increase in confidence and self esteem engendered in their offspring and charges due to our work. Benefit 4 can be demonstrated from the constant feedback and support we receive from all sections of our society about our work and our programs. There is no harm arising from any of the above purposees The charity's beneficiaries are the people of Derry and in particular the youth of Derry who participate in our artistic programs. There is no private benefit flowing from any of the above purposes.
