The areas are Personal, Social and Emotional, The Arts, Physical, Early Maths, The World around us, Language. We run Parents courses on the 6 areas of development and other

courses that will benefit themselves and their children. We have links with out-side agencies to ensure children’s personal needs is being met. School visits take place throughout the school year and we cover topics such as Physical Education and other themes. Parents bring their expertise into the setting through activities. Through play children learn to problem solve this will help with life skills in later life. High and low-level activities are encouraged in school ensuring we are meeting the needs of a child with a disability. Each child has a key worker who will have daily observations on their development. Media imitative programme is practiced in the setting- Culture, religion and disability.
