Public benefits
The direct benefits which flow from our purpose includes giving children opportunities to develop through play in a safe, friendly and stimulating environment. This gives children the opportunity to interact with their peers enhancing social skills, learning new skills and developing self-reliance, therefore giving children opportunities to display
their own qualities and talents. These benefits are demonstrated through feedback from parents, staff observations and assessments and external social services reports. The purposes of our charity will not lead to any harm. The charity’s beneficiaries are children aged 2 years 10 months to statutory school age, living in the Killyleagh and surrounding areas. A private benefit to trustees and staff may arise from training and experience which are transferable to other settings. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries.
