The benefits which flow from the bringing together of the inhabitants of Pomeroy and the Pomeroy area with each other and local authorities, voluntary and other organisations improved education and improved health and social welfare. These benefits will be evidenced by course evaluation forms. Open Nights (for the local community to evaluate
existing courses and projects and suggest new activities. In addition project outcomes and feedback is provided to various funders. Benefits are also evidence through volunteer participation in the running of the activities. These is no harm arising from any of the purposes. The charities beneficiaries are the inhabitants of Pomeroy and the Pomeroy area - in particular, older people (male and female), young people, unemployed and low income families, single parent and people living in a rural area with little transport. These are no private benefits flowing from any of the purposes.

Pomeroy Resource Ltd established a community resource centre which is maintained and managed by the centre. The Resource Centre organises various courses and projects for the inhabitants of Pomeroy, These courses relate to the Advancement of Education and Social Welfare and Recreation.
