The direct benefits which flow the group’s purposes include provision of a range of social and recreational activities, development of a number of recreational and visitor facilities, mainly based within Bellanaleck village, for members of the local community living within Bellanaleck and surrounding area, members of other neighbouring communities
within County Fermanagh and visitors to the area, providing them with the opportunity to avail of activities that assist improve their social interaction, health and their conditions of life through accessing services, activities and facilities that would not normally made available to them. Examples of activities and facilities provided being Annual Christmas Party, Wildflower Guided Walks, Bat Guided Walk and Information Talk, Neighbourhood Watch Scheme, Information Signage on Local Facilities, Attractions and Businesses, Community Garden & Allotments, Loughshore Path, Community Facebook Page, Community Email Distribution List, Signposting to Education, Recreational and other Service Providers, making representation to Statutory Agencies and other Bodies on Education, Public Transport, Roads, Streetlighting, Speeding, Signage, Environment, Sports & Recreational Facilities etc. Many of these activities and provision of facilities are organised by the group linking with other statutory authorities and voluntary organisations. These benefits are demonstrated through measurement of numbers participating in activities, using the facilities and receiving, analysing and acted on of feedback from participants and users. The only private benefits flowing from our purposes are that members of Bellanaleck Community Group and their families can participate in all activities and make use all facilities, this is incidental and necessary to ensure that all members of the district can potentially benefit. There is no harm flowing from the purposes of Bellanaleck Community Group.
