The direct benefits which flow from the purposes include: Relationships forming through events, one-on-one interaction or acts of service show people in the community that they are cared for and loved by God and others and are a valuable member of their society therefore building their self-esteem and sense of purpose. The benefits from the

purposes are evidenced through: We encourage people to develop their relationship with Jesus Christ which leads to the adoption of a moral framework which encourages family stability and well-being and for people in the community to be good and moral citizens living in harmony with others. People from throughout the community attending events together in harmony, building relationships with one another, feeling loved, valued and an appreciated member of the local community. The purposes do not give rise to any harm. The charity's beneficiaries are potentially all people living in Northern Ireland. The only private benefit that arises is that the Community Outreach Coordinator receives remuneration for their work in the community. They connect with local agencies and people in the community and this position is incidental and necessary. They have special skills and experience to undertake their role within the charity, these skills are necessary to undertake the day to day running tasks in the charity.

Healing the Land carries out its purpose by providing events that are open and welcoming to all people in the community. We also interact with people in the community one on one to give encouragement and show God's love in practical ways. We collaborate and work closely with other local agencies to provide support.
