Public benefits
The direct benefits which flow from our purpose includes funding for additional resources for the school and building links with the local community. These benefits are demonstrated by having an active Parents Association that works in partnership with the school and engage in parental & teacher support that allows access to resources, events and
activities which are not available via direct school funding. The purpose of our charity does not lead to any harm. The charity's beneficiaries are the students of Banbridge High School. Charity trustees (PA Committee Members) are usually also parents of the school in which their children attend and hence gain benefit in the same way as other beneficiaries. This benefit is incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to all beneficiaries.
