The direct benefits which flow from purposes are increased awareness of Christian Religion & Syro Malabar Catholic faith, better inter communal relationship, moral enhancement ,social and economic wellbeing , and good citizenship through the participation in Sacraments and other facilities provided. The benefits can be identified by the increased

number of church attendance, tangible turnout for Catechism and youth retreats.The work of priests is teaching the faith, celebration of services and the pastoral care of all.The priests reach out to the wider community, provide comfort, assistance to the sick, poor and homeless. Training young people the values of life , the importance of communal harmony, keep them active in religious and cultural activities ,there by reducing antisocial activities and the ensuing social burdens. Family guidance reduces family breakdowns, domestic violence, suicidal tendencies and the number of single parents which clearly reduces the social economic burden. There is no harm arising from any of the purposes. The charity’s beneficiaries are the Syro Malabar Catholics and the general public ,the kids, teens, youths, couples, the underprivileged, the sick, the poor, the homeless and the like in Northern Ireland and elsewhere when need is identified The private benefit flowing from the purposes will mean that expenses on priestly services will be met. These expenses are incidental and necessary as they are part of the services.

Celebrate Holy Eucharist, administer sacraments and other religious services according to the faith, traditions, customs and rites of the Syro Malabar Catholic Church, organise and conduct Catechesis, Prayer Meetings, Youth development programmes, Retreats, Bible conventions, faith fests, Bible Quiz competitions activities of community

developments for Youth and young people in Northern Ireland 2. Generate funds through fund raising activities for charitable purposes like helping the poor for education, health , housing etc. in Northern Ireland and else where, when need clearly identified by the trustees. 3)Training teachers for personal development. 4) Moral instructions for the youth. 5) Promote cultural diversity and communal harmony through cultural exchange. 6) Arrange summer programmes and language classes.

Charitable purposes

The charity's objects are specifically restricted to the following: The advancement of Catholic Faith and Christian belief for the benefit of the public in accordance with the beliefs of the Roman Catholic Church and Syro Malabar Catholic Church in particular by 1) The organisation of the celebration of sacraments and religious services , faith formation, prayer meetings, missions and similar events; 2)The training of individuals and groups and production and distribution of literature and broadcasting of information using all forms of media to enlighten others about the catholic faith; 3) The acquisition and maintenance of land and buildings to be used primarily for the above purposes, and also to be available for hire by other community groups; 4)Any other related activities that support the promotion of Christian beliefs in Ireland or any part of the world, including donations to individuals or organisations engaged in the promotion of the Christian Faith; 5)The advancement of any charitable purpose supported by the Roman Catholic Church throughout the world or in any part of the world. Nothing in the articles will authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes, which are not charitable in accordance with section 3 of the Charities Act 2009. For the avoidance of doubt, the system of law governing the articles of association of the charity is the law of Northern Ireland.
