Public benefits
The direct benefits which flow from purposes are increased awareness of Christian Religion & Syro Malabar Catholic faith, better inter communal relationship, moral enhancement ,social and economic wellbeing , and good citizenship through the participation in Sacraments and other facilities provided. The benefits can be identified by the increased
number of church attendance, tangible turnout for Catechism and youth retreats. The work of priests is teaching the faith, celebration of services and the pastoral care of all.The priests reach out to the wider community, provide comfort, assistance to the sick, poor and homeless. Training young people the values of life , the importance of communal harmony, keep them active in religious and cultural activities ,there by reducing antisocial activities and the ensuing social burdens. Family guidance reduces family breakdowns, domestic violence, suicidal tendencies and the number of single parents which clearly reduces the social economic burden. There is no harm arising from any of the purposes. The charity’s beneficiaries are the Syro Malabar Catholics and the general public ,the kids, teens, youths, couples, the underprivileged, the sick, the poor, the homeless and the like in Northern Ireland and elsewhere when need is identified The private benefit flowing from the purposes will mean that expenses on priestly services will be met. These expenses are incidental and necessary as they are part of the services.
