The Purpose of Greater Life Pentecostal Church is the advancement of Christian religion in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the World for the public benefit of a body of Christian believers founded on the basis of faith, and engaged in serving through worship, discipling, pastoral care, outreach, and community impact events and programs.

The principal function is to support advancement of the Christian religion through our vision statement "The whole gospel to the whole world by the whole church." This is promoted and carried out by the work of the church through pastoral, evangelistic, social, and ecumenical means. Being open and engaging society as a whole, offering support for individuals needing help and assistance, and serving the community are fundamental daily practice and delivery of the tenets of Christianity. To proclaim the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ by all scriptural and legitimate means, which includes teaching, publishing and distribution of literature. To form and establish in the United Kingdom and Europe churches that accept the guidelines of the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain & Ireland. To work in continued efforts with communities, Christian organisations, charity groups, businesses and individuals to bring healthy unity and harmony to society.
