The direct benefit that flows from purpose: a) is the meeting of the Christian churches and lay-people in the Omagh area and a direct flow of information through discussion and consultation. b)A growth in understanding of, and respect for, each other c) member churches co-operating and acting together as appropriate d) the facilitation and
completion of inter-church activities e) participation in local community initiatives is encouraged and supported f) co-operation and liaison with other bodies g) an informed community and churches on all levels of inter-church activity. The benefits for Purpose a) will be evidenced through the feedback from participants along with the information disseminated by churches and individuals and minutes of meetings. The benefits for Purpose b) will be evidenced through maintaining/increasing membership of the forum and from feedback from members. The benefits for Purpose c) will be evidenced through an increased level of co-operation from feedback from Forum members and congregation members. The benefits for Purpose d) will be evidenced through the level of activities organised and internal evaluation of events The benefits for Purpose e) will be evidenced through regular discussions and feedback involving each church. The benefits for Purpose f) will be evidenced through minutes of meetings, feedback from other bodies The benefits for Purpose g) will be evidenced through feedback, press releases and attendance at all activities. The Churches forum do not see any harm arising from any of the purposes. The charity's beneficiaries are the general public. Whether they are Christian or not, the Forum believe that their work will benefit the entire community, as it works towards all denominations working together. There is no private benefit flowing from any of the Forum's purposes.
