The playgroup supports the values and principles of Early

Years and the benefits of the purposes of Tempo Community Preschool can be demonstrated through the quality of provision provided through the Northern Ireland preschool curriculum. There is no harm arising from the benefits of the organisation. The beneficiaries of the playgroup are parents, children, staff and volunteers of the playgroup. The only Private Benefit flowing from the organisations purposes is that staff are paid a salary which is incidental and necessary to achieving the purposes of the playgroup.
