The direct benefits which flow from the purposes of the Club includes the advancement of hockey in the local area and improved community life through participation in sport and recreation These benefits can be demonstrated by: -The Increased fitness and wellbeing of members. Large social side of the club - all members regardless of age or
background interacting and forging friendships. - Young members who remain at the club as they get older and by senior players consistently making themselves available for selection. - Great home facilities which members can access. We bring in local fitness experts providing our players with the best resources to improve. - Expert coaches at training and matches. Ensuring players learn the importance of warm up to reduce risk of injury. - High level of respect throughout club for umpires coaches and players - Diverse membership. - Massive growth in club and plans to expand further There is no perceived harm or private benefit flowing from the purposes. The beneficiaries are Members of the club There is no private benefit flowing from any of the clubs purposes.

We register our teams with Ulster Hockey into both league and cup competitions. We hold training sessions with dedicated coaches for each team and work on developing the skills of our members at training. We hold team building social events to integrate all our members and take part in fundraising activities in the local area to build our profile
and to promote hockey. We reach out to local schools to promote our youth section and to ensure that people from all sides of the community have an opportunity to participate in hockey.
