quality of life for all inhabitants through directly tackling issues that cause disadvantage and poverty within rural communitie These benefits are demonstrated through the number of community organisation seeking support to implement a wide range of community activities and services; the extent of dialogue and co-operation between different interest groups; the number of activities taking place within communities, the number of participants taking part in the activities, and regular and ongoing evaluation of programmes and activities The purposes of our charity will not lead to any harm. The beneficiaries of the charity are the rural inhabitants living in the rural areas of County Down and its hinterland A private benefit to trustees may arise from participating in activities. Trustees may gain skills and experience which are transferable to other settings. These benefits are incidental and necessary to ensure the benefit is provided to our beneficiaries

What your organisation does

CDRCN is a network organisation providing support and advice to voluntary and community organisations helping groups in their development, across County Down. We act as a voice for rural dwellers supporting and enabling a strong community voice enabling communities to participate in decision making on policies which affect the rural area. We work

to assess the needs of rural dwellers and work in partnership to build and develop programmes and initiatives needed to meet those needs themed around rural development, anti-poverty, neighbourhood renewal, health, well-being, and maximizing access to services vital to rural life for the benefit of rural communities across County Down.
