Purpose 1:The advancement of education of the public within the area of benefit about Tibetan Buddhism. The direct benefit which flows from purpose 1 is that the people in Northern Ireland (NI) are able to practice Buddhism under the guidance of a fully qualified Spiritual instructor. This will reduce stress levels in the beneficiaries through the
provision of relaxation and meditation. Purpose 2: To provide relief to those in need , Tibetans ( whether in Tibet or in exile), Astral Mongolia or any other persons, who are suffering from the effects of poverty, sickness or violence anywhere in the world. The direct benefit which flows from purpose 2 is that beneficiaries will be provided with medical aid, food and education as and when needed. Purpose 1 - benefits will be evidenced through service user consultation and feedback at Buddhist teachings, meditation classes and retreats. Purpose 2 - Benefits will be evidenced through the health and wellbeing of the beneficiaries in that they will feel safe and have the basics in life to survive and also through working with other charities to provide more assistance. No harm arises from any of the purposes. The beneficiaries of the Purpose are people within NI, visitors to NI, Tibetans and Tibetan refugees , adults and children in Mongolia and people elsewhere in the world. No

Buddhist teaching is given by Ven. Panchen Otrul Rinpoche, a very senior and respected Buddhist scholar. Fund-raising events occur on an ongoing basis. Interfaith dialogue is pursued by representation on the Northern Ireland Inter-Faith Forum and participation in that body's activities. Relief to Tibetans in exile via raising of money for
designated projects that have included meeting medical needs, general wellbeing needs, housing etc. Sponsorship of individuals at Astral, our NGO in Mongolia, providing hot meals for street children, medical supplies, projects to deliver clean water, skills training projects to promote self-sufficiency .
