Public benefits

The direct benefits which flow from our purposes include the provision of funds and assistance of volunteers to facilitate education, medical and social infrastructure (including food, water, clothing, furniture, health supplies etc.) in deprived areas primarily but not exclusively in Kenya. We aim to reduce social deprivation and poverty and

offer a better standard of living by providing improved educational facilities, improved living conditions in orphanages, improved medical care in hospitals and clinics etc. and also provide financial assistance for one off beneficiaries who require specific urgent medical attention. Purpose built schools give children/young people the facilities they require to gain an education. They also provide a safety network and structured daily routine, encouraging them away from a life of crime. It improves personal development, skills, social standing etc. which in turn will prepare and allow them to aspire to a bright and happy future. These benefits are (will be) evidenced through: More children attending school/increased number in school attendance Lower crime rates Improved education and higher employment rates in the future Improved living conditions which can be seen from photos taken and receipts of items purchased Improved medical conditions etc. Feedback from beneficiaries (including letters, emails, photos etc.) We do not believe our purposes give rise to any harm. The charity’s beneficiaries are: Overseas/developing countries Specific areas of deprivation General public There is no private benefit flowing from the purposes set out by this charity.
